Global Director Presales Product Itasca IL. Design systems to improve how IFS solutions are positioned & delivered to support customer business process improvement across project asset & manufacturing-intensive industries. Analyze customer & industry requirements to shape solution messaging demo strategies & cross-functional alignment that drive measurable outcomes. Oversee scalable demo platforms & tools that standardize best practices globally for more efficient operations & enable value-based engagements. Collaborate with product marketing & sales teams to ensure solution strategies are aligned with real-world customer objectives & support the integration of acquisitions into unified offerings. Lead & support U.S. business/solution architect teams on applying IFS capabilities including ERP EAM & FSM to solve operational & strategic challenges. Evaluate & adopt technologies including AI tools to enhance presales process efficiency & solution delivery. 

Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Management Marketing or related field (will accept foreign degree equivalent) plus 5 years experience in a position engaging in enterprise solution consulting leading solution design efforts for strategic opportunities in multiple industries including Construction Energy & Manufacturing & demonstrating functional expertise across ERP EAM & FSM systems. Remote work permitted in Greater Chicago MSA. 10-15% Travel reqd domestic & international. Criminal & driving checks reqd.
