Job Summary

Job Title: Support Engineer

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid

Overview / Summary:

We are looking for a Support Engineer to provide highquality onsite support for users and video conferencing environments across two work settings. Some days will be dedicated to one of our clients while the rest will be spent providing internal workplace support.

Responsibilities and Tasks:
  • Provide on-site IT support resolving tickets and assisting users.
  • Support video conferencing rooms by setting them up troubleshooting and performing proactive checks.
  • Perform hands-and-eyes tasks for the network and voice systems (patching basic testing and coordination with providers).
  • Manage end-user assets throughout their lifecycle (provisioning returns and stock control).
  • Provide assistance with change activities security-related tasks and technical support for company events.
  • Perform other necessary activities within the internal environment.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in end user IT support including support.
  • Experience with video conferencing systems (Microsoft Teams Rooms Zoom Rooms Logitech Poly Cisco).
  • Experience with ITSM tools asset management and stock handling.
  • Solid troubleshooting skills for Windows 10/11 macOS VPN drivers and corporate applications.
  • Basic network and voice (L1) knowledge: patching Wi Fi/LAN testing PBX/SIP phones.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.
