About the Role

Are you a motivated native Spanish speaker with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service Join a dynamic international team in Lisbon as a Customer Support Advisor. You will be the first point of contact for clients providing exceptional support while growing your career in a stable fast-growing organization.

What Youll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels with professionalism and empathy.

  • Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate timely solutions.

  • Educate customers on products and services to ensure the best experience.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases efficiently.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for service quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Native Spanish speaker with strong English skills (B2).

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.

  • Open to working in a 24/7 on-site schedule in Lisbon.

  • Enthusiastic proactive and eager to learn.
