About the Role
Are you a motivated native Spanish speaker with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service Join a dynamic international team in Lisbon as a Customer Support Advisor. You will be the first point of contact for clients providing exceptional support while growing your career in a stable fast-growing organization.
What Youll Do
Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels with professionalism and empathy.
Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate timely solutions.
Educate customers on products and services to ensure the best experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases efficiently.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for service quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Native Spanish speaker with strong English skills (B2).
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
Open to working in a 24/7 on-site schedule in Lisbon.
Enthusiastic proactive and eager to learn.
