Job Summary

Inetum is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IAM Junior Consultant to join our team and support key identity operations for critical clients in the financial sector.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage user and e-banking accounts access rights and roles in line with established security policies.
- Support the provisioning and deprovisioning of access to systems applications and resources.
- Perform regular user access reviews to ensure alignment with compliance standards.
- Respond to basic IAM issues and service requests escalating when necessary and collaborating with the wider team.
- Ensure that access requests are processed accurately and within contractual deadlines.
- Perform password resets and assist users via phone support.
- Answer client calls in a professional and efficient manner ensuring high-quality user support.
- Participate in weekend and holiday standby rotations when required.
Qualifications :
- Experience or training in a related technical or IT support role.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with Active Directory RSA and HID platforms (MFA).
- Basic knowledge of Azure Entra ID and Microsoft 365 (O365).
- Methodical detail-oriented and able to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills especially by phone.
- Ability to prioritize tasks work under pressure and maintain a professional attitude.
- Fluent in French (B2 level) and English (B1 level minimum).
