We are seeking a Sales Data Verification Consultant (All-Rounder) to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy of sales and prospect data supporting business growth through lead verification CRM management and e-commerce operations. The successful candidate will be involved in high-volume outbound calling lead generation and cross-functional projects playing a vital part in driving sales conversion and revenue growth.
This is a versatile multiskilled role that requires adaptability attention to detail and the ability to work across various projects as they arise.
Your Responsibilities
- Generate research and qualify leads through detailed needs analysis
- Conduct Account Quality Reviews (AQRs) and create Account Forms (ACFs) to ensure smooth sales handovers.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve DQ/OLO queries professionally.
- Support e-commerce operations including payment verification order creation and lead recovery within SLA
- Achieve assigned KPIs and revenue-support targets consistently

- Excellent telephone etiquette with strong objection-handling skills.
- Effective communication and relationship-building capabilities.
- Highly organised with strong CRM/system proficiency (Salesforce SAP).
- Detail-oriented with high data accuracy.
- Ability to influence engage and motivate stakeholders effectively.
- Resilient self-motivated and a collaborative team player.

- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage data and records efficiently with meticulous attention to detail.
- Results Orientation: Goal-driven with a passion for success and meeting high standards.
- Customer Engagement: Skilled in handling objections and establishing rapport to foster positive initial interactions.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools.
- Resilience and Enthusiasm: Enthusiastic driven and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with a strong determination to succeed.
- Previous experience in a sales support data administration or customer engagement role is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (especially SAP) is highly advantageous.
