This role is pivotal in providing cutting-edge IT solutions to global operations specifically focusing on the Talent Management product which governs the end-to-end lifecycle of recruiting developing and qualifying the global workforce within the Group IT Hub South Africa.

- Location: Midrand/Menlyn/Rosslyn/Home Office Rotation
- Role Group: DevOps
- Experience Required: 4-6 years related experience
Important Application Details:
- Location & Relocation: Applicants based outside of Gauteng must be willing to relocate to ensure successful integration with the hybrid rotation model.
Product / Team Context: Talent Management covers all aspects of managing the talent pool. This includes recruiting new talents as well as developing and qualifying employees in their current job and for their future roles. The product ensures the Group gains and reassigns talent effectively to improve overall organizational capability.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in SAP SuccessFactors support or operations.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in any module is considered a significant bonus.
- Experience in ticket handling and dispatching within a DevOps or support environment.
Essential Skills:
- SAP SuccessFactors Technical Operations experience (all modules)
- Routinized use of Ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow)
- Familiar with ITIL processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good attention to detail with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
Advantageous Skills:
- In-depth technical knowledge in any of the SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend improvements.
- Familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
- Exposure to multinational work environments.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Knowledge of integration tools related to SAP SuccessFactors (e.g. integration center CPI).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve incident and service request tickets within defined SLAs.
- Interact with 1st and 3rd Level Support to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Lead ticket handling and dispatching within and across functional teams.
- Cluster recurring incidents to create problem tickets and actionable user stories.
- Maintain and update the internal knowledge base with technical and process articles.
- Identify and implement opportunities to make operations more efficient (e.g. via automation).
- Manage general queries from colleagues and global stakeholders in a professional manner.
