Job Summary
Introduction
Our client a leading healthcare provider based in Sandton requires a Data Analyst.
This is a hybrid role with reporting to the Sandton office as required.
Duties & Responsibilities
Data Analytics
- Implement and maintain data analytics solutions in various analytics platforms including but not limited to Microsoft Power BI SSRS SAP BW Microsoft Azure Cloud environment.
- Utilising a data analytics development cycle to implement analytics solutions.
- Attend to add-hoc data analytics / Reporting requests and tasks.
- Identify opportunities to add value within the business that is delivered through data analytics solutions.
Data visualizations & reporting
- Apply best practices when implementing reports and practical experience developing dashboards and dashboards.
- Apply agreed to the agreed to standards and procedure as defined within the Data Management and Analytics Team
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Degree in Mathematics Statistics Computer Science and / or related qualifications
- Relevant data analytics or certifications such as: AWS Microsoft Azure Python SAS etc.
- At least 4 years of hands-on work experience in data analytics.
- At least 2 years of experience in engaging business on requirements and implementing Microsoft PowerBI dashboards.
- Experience with SQL and working with large-scale data sets
- Experience in modelling business problems.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience in operationalising data analytics solutions
- Practical experience in applying data science techniques.
