Your Role:
As a Customer Support Specialist you will be responsible for supporting existing clients and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will act as the main point of contact for customers assisting them with inquiries resolving issues and coordinating with internal teams to provide timely and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing professional support to customers via phone email and virtual meetings
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues on time
- Building and maintaining strong long-term customer relationships
- Supporting customers with orders documentation and general account-related matters
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems
- Collaborating with internal departments to deliver effective solutions
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service processes
Requirements:
- Fluency in Swedish language (must be at least C2)
- Communicative level of English language ( at least B2)
- You live in Lisbon Portugal
- Previous experience in Sales is a plus
What we offer:
- Full time contract
- Base salary without accommodation: 1346/month
- Base salary with accommodation: 1606/month
- Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer
