Role Overview
As an Automotive Customer Support you will be the primary point of contact for customers handling inquiries related to products orders warranties services and vehicle ownership. Youll provide assistance through multiple channels including phone email chat and social media ensuring customers receive accurate information and effective solutions. With structured onboarding and continuous training youll strengthen your expertise in a collaborative and customer-focused setting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional support via phone email chat and social media platforms

  • Respond to questions regarding products orders services and general inquiries

  • Clearly communicate details about warranties maintenance plans and service offerings

  • Support customers with ownership-related matters and after-sales assistance

  • Suggest suitable products accessories and services based on individual needs

  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex or escalated cases

  • Accurately document customer interactions and outcomes in internal systems

  • Stay up to date on product launches brand updates and industry developments

  • Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance knowledge and career progression

Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (B2).
  • Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
  • Experience: 01 year in customer support or related roles.
  • Skills: Strong communication problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
