Role Overview:
As a Recruiter you will be responsible for identifying attracting and engaging top talent. You will manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates through job boards databases social media and networking
- Candidate Screening: Conduct interviews and assess candidates skills experience and cultural fit
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Candidate Experience: Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the recruitment process
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Reporting & Documentation: Keep accurate records in internal systems and track recruitment KPIs
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on recruitment trends sourcing techniques and employer branding strategies
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in German or Dutch (C2) and English (B2)
- EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
- Previous experience in recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized detail-oriented and target-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
