Job Summary

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Secure recurring revenue streams through upselling reliability services contracts to existing and new customers across all end markets.
  • Coordinate with end market sales teams and service teams to achieve country service sales targets.
  • Update sales opportunity information accurately and regularly into Rotork sales management system (CE) ensuring accurate reporting and order input forecasting.
  • Educate coach and mentor others to effectively and confidently sell all Service products.
  • Work in partnership with end markets sales team to target and access new markets and customers.
  • Carry out sales activity with customers including site surveys sales support contract negotiation product presentations and seminars.
  • Provide insights into market trends competition and customers needs.
  • Be prepared to travel as needed (national and international) to achieve the sales targets and growth opportunities in the country

Qualifications :

Technical Knowledge and Qualification:

  • Senior sales experience in manufacturing (industrial engineering ideal)
  • Proven track record of success likely to be gained from over 5 years in a similar role
  • Previous experience of leading and managing others
  • Knowledge and experience of sales techniques
  • Knowledge of Actuation
