Accounting Reporting & Consolidation Manager

• Lead the consolidation of financial statements management reports and forecasts from multiple business units or legal entities within the group.
• Analyze key financial metrics (e.g. revenue cost margins portfolio quality) and provide insights to support executive decision-making.
• Prepare dashboards board-level reports and investor materials translating financial data into actionable business insights.
• Identify opportunities to enhance reporting automate processes and improve financial data integrity across departments.

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field (MBA or CPA/CFA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience infinancial reportingor corporate finance preferably in the financial services industry.
• Proven experience in consolidating financial reports across multiple business units or entities is a must.
• Strong in Accounting is a must.
• Strong command of Excel financial modeling and financial planning tools.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven experience in managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal is a must.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.
