Job Summary
At Guzman y Gomez we believe in authentic flavors and the power of food to bring people together.
We are looking for hospitality leaders across Victoria who will lead from the front and oversee daily operations. You will empower the team through coaching and training while managing your restaurants P&L. Your role will see you maintaining the highest standards of quality adhering to all procedures while embodying the GYG spirit.
Hospitality Leader roles include:
- Restaurant Manager - Full time permanent position
- Assistant Manager - Full time permanent position

We appreciate diverse experience but specifically we are looking for candidates that have:
- A passion for delivering exceptional Guest Service every time!
- Understanding of food safety and the importance it plays in a restaurant
- A current RSA certificate and/or Barista training (desirable not essential)
- High-energy and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced high-energy setting
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team
