This role is specifically designed for those who have spent years in the corporate world (specifically in HR Talent Acquisition or People Operations) and are now looking for a self-directed path where their professional maturity is a direct asset. We provide a high-performance territory (The Shed) for you to transition from building culture for others to owning your own outcomes.

What Youll Do * Inbound-Led Engagement: You will conduct structured consultative conversations with warm enquiries generated through our proven business system.

• Consultative Guidance: You will facilitate professional interviews and guide individuals through a structured decision process to assess their alignment with our leadership frameworks.
• Brand Ownership: While using our successful model you will build out your own brand identity and professional presence as a leader in success education.

What Were Looking For * The Pedigree: Minimum 7 to 15 plus years of professional experience ideally at a Director VP or Head of Function level.

• The Background: A strong history in HR People Partnering or Leadership Development is desirable.
• The Mindset: Brave and bold individuals who are ready to trade the corporate safety net for the benefits of ownership and are capable of being self-directed without being micromanaged.
