The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all administrative tasks associated with domestic and international medical related travel and associated activities. This role works closely with internal team members and external partners to ensure all medical travel related activities are processed accurately efficiently and with strong attention to detail. This is a fully remote role; however you may be required to attend the office occasionally.
Day to day!
- Oversee all administrative components of travel assignments.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate every aspect of travel arrangements.
- Participate in pre and post assignment briefings providing clear administrative and operational guidance to team members.
- Maintain accurate documentation including timesheet management reimbursements itineraries and action plans for both domestic and international travel.

We are seeking someone with strong organisational and coordination skills exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities and a proven capacity to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders. You will be confident using IT systems with experience in Excel and Salesforce highly regarded.
The role requires someone who thrives in a fastpaced highpressure environment demonstrating excellent timemanagement flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. A strong team focus is essential as is the ability to work with minimal supervision while delivering highquality work within tight deadlines.
