Synergie Australia is seeking experienced Administrative Officersto support a trusted client in Altona as they transition to their new ERP system.
The important parts:
- Pay:$35-38 per hour Super
- Duration:4 months
- Hours:MondayFriday
What you will be required to do:
Youll support the business during a highimpact ERP transition. Your role will be handson fastpaced and essential to keeping operations moving smoothly across sales support customer service and warehouse administration.
Depending on placement duties may include:
Sales Office:
- Answering incoming calls
- Customer enquiries & quote/order followups
- General sales administration
- Supporting national operational requests
Receiving & Dispatch Office:
- Inbound order receipting
- Internal stock movements
- Processing outbound paperwork
- Supporting trade counter activities (as required)
To be successful in the role you will:
- Have SAP S/4HANA experience essential
- Bring proven experience in sales support warehouse admin or operations administration
- Be proactive adaptable and able to hit the ground running
- Demonstrate strong communication and problemsolving skills
- Thrive in a busy fastmoving environment with competing priorities
