Location: Midrand Johannesburg

Role Overview

The Personal Assistant to the CEO will provide high-level administrative organisational and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role requires exceptional attention to detail discretion strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment.

The ideal candidate is proactive highly organised and confident supporting senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative support to the CEO

  • Manage diaries schedules meetings and travel arrangements

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings including preparation of agendas and minutes

  • Handle correspondence emails and communication on behalf of the CEO

  • Prepare reports presentations and documentation as required

  • Act as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders

  • Assist with confidential and sensitive information with discretion

  • Support day-to-day office coordination and ad-hoc administrative tasks

  • Follow up on action items and deadlines on behalf of the CEO

Minimum Requirements

  • 35 years experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant

  • Experience supporting senior management or C-suite executives

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
