Job Summary
Introduction
CK Africa Talent is recruiting a Semi-Skilled Technician for a company in the industrial equipment / material handling sector. The successful candidate will assist and support the Technical Team under supervision servicing and maintaining IC and electrical forklifts ensuring safety and efficiency in a high-paced hands-on environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Service and maintain IC and electrical forklifts under technical supervision.
Complete job cards via Phone App and report accurately.
Communicate with managers call centre and clients regarding service updates.
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of maintenance/work areas.
Assist with general maintenance activities as required.
Travel to client sites to service and repair equipment under supervision.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualifications & Competencies:
Matric (Grade 12) preferred but not essential.
Previous experience in a forklift or technical support role.
Knowledge of mechanical systems and auto electrical work.
Ability to work independently and adhere to SHE standards.
Must have a valid drivers licence.
Sober disciplined self-motivated and team-oriented.
Strong work ethics and reliability.
