Job Summary

Job Summary:
To support the development implementation and quality assurance of curriculum and standardized assessments in general education programs in alignment with NGO project goals and national education standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design adapt and review curriculum materials to ensure relevance inclusiveness and alignment with project objectives.
- Ensure quality implementation of curriculum across target schools and communities.
- Support the development and administration of standardized assessments and analyze data for program improvement.
- Maintain curriculum databases documentation and donor reporting requirements.
- Provide capacity building training and ongoing technical support to teachers partners and local stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams government counterparts and partners to strengthen education outcomes.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Education Curriculum Development or related field.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in curriculum development preferably within NGO or development projects.
- Strong knowledge of education standards assessment methods and program quality assurance.
- Experience working with diverse communities and stakeholders.
- Good communication coordination and reporting skills.
