- Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding including account setup activation and go-live support.
- Assist with face-to-face and call training sessions for new and potential vendors.
- Maintain vendor accounts and resolve transmission or operational issues.
- Improve menu and content quality by working with local and Central Operations.
- Execute content clean-up and quality improvement projects on the foodpanda app.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and follow up with Shared Service Center and BPO when needed.
- Implement SOPs track progress provide feedback and support or lead projects effectively.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or other related field.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese both written and spoken
- Complete end-to-end onboarding processes for Chinese vendors covering both content setup and full onboarding journey.
- Provide timely and effective support for all Chinese vendor requests and issue resolutions.
- Develop maintain and enforce SOPs and guidelines in Chinese specifically for Chinese vendors.
- Strong analytical skills with structured problem-solver ability
