Job Summary

Position: Branch Manager Model 1
Grade: E4/E5
Location: Top 10 15 Tier Cities
CTC: 10-12 LPA Attractive incentives
Reporting to: ARM
Span of Control: Individual Contributor (may have variable FLS/Intern/PTE reporting into the BM)

Role Overview
Responsible for sourcing high-value life insurance business through personal networks and industry
connects. This is a strategic role focused on generating premium business without dependency on
leads or team reporting.

Specific Responsibilities
Source high-ticket life insurance business from personal and professional networks
Achieve minimum annual WRP production of 50 lakh
Focus on ULIP Term and high-margin products as per channel mix
Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients and corporate partners
Ensure compliance and persistency standards (13-month >90%)
Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to the channel head
Participate in advanced product and sales training programs

Qualifications & Experience
Graduate and above; Age 28
Minimum 2 years in Life Insurance Sales; proven track record in high-value sourcing
