Leif Johnson Ford is looking for an experienced motivated Used Car Sales Manager to lead our pre-owned department at our Buda location. This is a high-impact leadership role with the opportunity to drive volume profitability and team development at one of the fastest-growing dealerships in Central Texas.

What Youll Do:

Lead and motivate a dynamic sales team to achieve performance goals
Manage inventory appraisals pricing and merchandising of all pre-owned vehicles
Drive process improvement to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
Work closely with finance and service to ensure smooth deal flow and customer experience
Recruit train and mentor sales staff to build a strong customer-focused team
