What will you be doing
11 Senior Marketing ExecutiveHybrid 3 days a week in Dorking office
What will you bring
As a Senior Marketing Executive youll be experienced in crossfunctional ways of working and able to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across Marketing to deliver targeted B2B campaigns and communications that strengthen broker and customer relationships and drive Unum UKs growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support delivery of integrated multichannel campaigns helping drive acquisition retention engagement and digital adoption goals.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign assets content and communications are delivered on time and to brief.
- Assist with event planning and personalised marketing activities that contribute to hightouch ABM initiatives.
- Help create insightinformed content and pitch materials that resonate with priority broker or customer accounts and reflect Unums value proposition.
- Support segmentation personalisation and journeymapping activities and help track campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience delivering B2B marketing campaigns and communications supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to craft compelling tailored messaging and content.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop and repurpose engaging content using marketing automation tools and CRM systems to support delivery.
- Competence in digital analytics tools including Google Analytics 4 to track performance interpret trends and provide clear insightled recommendations.
- Proactive curious and comfortable adopting new tools testing ideas and continuously improving marketing effectiveness.
- Strong performance mindset and commercial acumen aligning marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Confident working with internal stakeholders external suppliers and crossfunctional teams.
