What will you be doing

11 Senior Marketing Executive
Hybrid 3 days a week in Dorking office

What will you bring

As a Senior Marketing Executive youll lead the execution of targeted marketing campaigns and communications that strengthen relationships with priority accounts and support Unum UKs growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning and delivery of integrated multi channel campaigns helping drive acquisition retention engagement and digital adoption goals.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign assets content and communications are delivered on time and to brief.
Assist with event planning and personalised marketing activities that contribute to high touch ABM initiatives.
Help create insight informed content and pitch materials that resonate with priority broker or customer accounts and reflect Unums value proposition.
Support segmentation personalisation and journey mapping activities and help track campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Skills:
Proven experience delivering B2B marketing campaigns and communications supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to craft compelling tailored messaging and content.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop and repurpose engaging content using marketing automation tools and CRM systems to support delivery.
Competence in digital analytics tools including Google Analytics 4 to track performance interpret trends and provide clear insight led recommendations.
Proactive curious and comfortable adopting new tools testing ideas and continuously improving marketing effectiveness.
Strong performance mindset and commercial acumen aligning marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Confident working with internal stakeholders external suppliers and cross functional teams.
