Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead New Product Development (NPD) EU MDR remediation and sustenance engineering initiatives within the medical device domain. The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional programs ensure regulatory compliance and deliver projects on time and within scope while working independently with strong stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end medical device programs including NPD MDR remediation and sustenance projects.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans schedules and resource forecasts using MS Project or equivalent tools.

Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering quality regulatory and operations teams.

Ensure compliance with EU MDR FDA and internal quality processes throughout the program lifecycle.

Manage change control risks issues and dependencies proactively.

Utilize PDLM/PLM tools (Agile TrackWise or equivalent) for program tracking and documentation.

Provide regular program status updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Support post-market and sustenance engineering activities as required.

Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance program efficiency.

Independently manage program deliverables with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications

10-15 years of Program/Project Management experience in the medical device industry.

Proven experience in Medical Device NPD and/or EU MDR remediation programs.

Strong operational knowledge of PDLM/PLM tools such as Agile TrackWise or equivalent.

Hands-on experience in project planning using MS Project or similar tools.

Solid understanding of medical device regulations and product lifecycle processes.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional programs.
