光工場は山口県に位置する武田薬品工業の主要生産拠点です
高品質な医薬品の安定供給を担い最新技術と多様な人材の力でグローバル基準の安全品質管理持続的改善活動を推進しています
主な職務内容
- 光工場における人事関連業務全般プログラム開発ポリシー管理コンプライアンス等の管理と実行
- 組織パフォーマンス向上や変革管理報酬などの人事課題に関してクライアント部門へのコンサルテーション
- 後継者計画人材計画従業員体験調査報酬に関する周期的な人事プロジェクトのリード
- 工場内の競争力強化につながる人事プログラムの企画推進
- 社内他部門やGMSGQ Japanグローバルサイトやファンクション等との連携協働
- HRベストプラクティスやトレンド情報の外部連携活用
- 光工場の組織文化浸透啓発活動の推進
- 工場長経営層と連携した組織強化およびリーダー育成支援
応募資格
必須要件
- 学士号ビジネスマネジメント人事系歓迎
- 人事分野での5年以上の実務経験HRジェネラリストスペシャリストHRビジネスパートナー
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
スキル経験
- クロスファンクショナルな環境で複数部門や多様な関係者と協働した経験
- グローバル環境での業務経験
- 人事施策やプロジェクトの企画運営経験
- サイトリーダーや経営層GMSGQの関係部門と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション力
- 分析問題解決力とバランス感ある意思決定力
- 法律知識を実践的に活かし現場マネジメントをサポートする力
- 不明瞭な状況でも結果を出せる計画力実行力
- 対人スキルと多様性への理解
- 変化への柔軟性と主体性個人チーム両面
Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary:
Allowances: Commutation Housing Overtime Work etc.
Salary Increase: Annually Bonus Payment: Twice a year
Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30 Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45 (Narita) 8:30-17:15 Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45
Holidays: Saturdays Sundays National Holidays May Day Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
Paid Leaves: Annual Paid Leave Special Paid Leave Sick Leave Family Support Leave Maternity Leave Childcare Leave Family Nursing Leave.
