As a People Advisory Partner youll provide HR/ER advisory support to managers and lead the local implementation of organizational change initiatives. Youll ensure priorities are embedded effectively risks are managed and managers are equipped to lead their teams through transition.

Your responsibilities:

As a People Advisory Partner you will help drive our goals by:

• Lead the local implementation of people change initiatives (e.g. organisational design changes performance frameworks engagement programmes).

• Partner with managers to ensure change plans are understood cascaded and embedded.

• Manage complex ER cases (disciplinary grievance performance absence capability).

• Providestructured advice to managers on policy interpretation and application.

• Escalatehighriskorprecedentsettingcases to Regional/Country Advisory Lead.

• Ensure case handling and change delivery are consistent compliant andwelldocumented.

• Act as the bridge between enterprise frameworks and local execution ensuringjoinedupdelivery with Business Partners COEs and People Operations.

Requirements for the role:

• Strong knowledge of local employment law and HR practices

• Experience in HR advisory or employee relations role

• Demonstrated experience in implementing organisational change at local level

• Case management experienceand experience in a global matrixed organisation

• Clear communicator able to simplify complexity and reinforce change messages
