As a Proposal & Marketing Engineer youll collaborate closely with sales proposal teams and customers to develop compelling highquality bids that showcase the full value of our technology and solutions. Youll become a trusted partner in the sales cycletranslating complex specifications into tailored proposals identifying key commercial considerations and supporting pursuits that align with regional growth strategies.
In this dynamic position you will influence orders drive tender excellence and help advance opportunities that energize communities across the region. Your work will play a central role in strengthening customer confidence and ensuring that our offerings stand out in a competitive marketplace.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

How youll make an impact
Review customer RFQ specifications and identify followup needs.
Ensure proposals align with strategy milestones and customer requirements.
Coordinate pricing cost packaging and bid completion using standard templates.
Support commercial reviews including risk credit bonds and compliance documentation.
Communicate project requirements and coordinate with tendering and proposal teams.
Track and report opportunity status and support closure efforts.
Manage the regional sales funnel and highlight key actions to drive orders.
Prepare handoff documentation and support order transition after award.
Your background
Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum two years of experience in engineering marketing tendering or a related discipline.
Ability to interpret technical specifications and discuss product requirements.
Experience managing multiple priorities within matrixed teams.
Strong presentation communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate technical and commercial inputs for proposals.
