What we do - we work with - an Accounts Receivable Specialist you are responsible for issuing invoices applying payments and liaising with Sales to ensure prompt payment while maintaining good customer relations and achieving company standards for results.
DESCRIPTION
Billing and invoicing
Timely application of all client payments received
Acquire client remittances to ensure accurate and timely application
Answering and resolving sales billing inquiries
Identify clients with consistent payment issues and work with both the client and management to resolve
Assist with various reports
Special projects as needed

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Bachelors degree or its equivalent
1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar roles
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Great Plains experience
Adobe Acrobat
Knowledge of other languages
- Lisbon Lisboa Portugal
