Job Summary

Job Description:

The Financial Analyst II is a key contributor within CSIs Finance organization responsible for delivering accurate financial models insightful analyses and datadriven recommendations that support strategic decisionmaking across the company. This role combines technical expertise in data analysis tools (SQL Python Power BI) with strong FP&A fundamentals to drive forecasting accuracy operational efficiency and financial transparency.

In this role you can:

  • Support CSIs financial strategy by producing highimpact financial intelligenceenabling leaders to make informed datadriven decisions that drive operational excellence and longterm business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting forecasting and longrange planning.

  • Apply forecasting methodologies such as trend analysis regression scenario modeling and driverbased forecasting.

  • Execute monthly quarterly and annual forecasting cycles.

  • Perform detailed variance analysis (actual vs. budget forecast and prior periods).

  • Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for leadership and boardlevel insights.

  • Apply GAAP accounting principles to financial analysis and reporting.

  • Extract and analyze large datasets using SQL; use Python for automation and advanced analytics.

  • Develop Power BI dashboards that deliver interactive insights.

  • Improve reporting efficiency through process automation.

  • Work with ERP and planning systems such as Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning.

Team & Organizational Placement

  • You will join a collaborative Finance team that partners closely with FP&A Accounting and business leadership.

  • The team values analytical rigor empowerment and organizational agility to support CSIs longterm financial strategy.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field.

  • Experience in FP&A or financial analyst roles.

  • Strong understanding of GAAP principles.

  • Advanced Excel skills (modeling pivot tables complex formulas).

  • Proficiency in SQL and Python.

  • Experience building dashboards in Power BI.

  • Strong financial modeling forecasting and varianceanalysis capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Workday Financials and/or Adaptive Planning.

  • Experience supporting Boardlevel reporting.

  • Background in fastpaced or highgrowth environments.
