Job Summary
The Business Solution Analyst at TA Services plays a key role in improving business operations by identifying technical challenges and implementing effective system-based solutions. This position works closely with various departments to design optimized processes troubleshoot application issues and support system enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems programming concepts and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Learn core systems and business unit operations to identify technical challenges and solutions
- Design configure and develop optimized business processes supported by technology
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues
- Analyze and provide input on system enhancement requests to support decision-making
- Document business applications and assist with software lifecycle management

Qualifications :
Education
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field preferred
Experience
- Experience in similar business analyst or IT solution roles preferred (3-4 years ideal)
- Computer programming and systems analysis/design
- Software reference libraries security systems and networking
- Familiarity with multiple programming languages
