Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-line support for D365 Finance & Operations including incident management and troubleshooting.
- Support integrations data accuracy and system performance across business units.
- Facilitate requirements workshops and document system changes enhancements and reporting needs.
- Assist with onboarding new companies into Tsebos ERP environment including data take-on and configuration.
- Coordinate testing cycles support D365 updates/upgrades and ensure change control compliance.
- Collaborate with Finance Operations IT teams and external partners to resolve issues and improve processes.
