Are you passionate about ensuring top-notch quality and delivering exceptional experiences Were on the lookout for a dynamic Quality Analyst to join our team and play a vital role in elevating our program performance!
What Youll Do:
- Dive into the exciting world of quality standards providing valuable insights to our customers that drive program enhancements.
- Monitor evaluate and audit a variety of contact methods including calls chats and emails to ensure each interaction is of the highest quality.
- Collaborate with our amazing Quality staff Delivery teams and clients in fun calibration and call-listening sessions to maintain scoring consistency and share best practices.
- Engage in impactful internal quality audits that aim to boost overall contact quality and suggest meaningful changes.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of our programs by enriching your knowledge of client products services and strategies.
- Join quality task forces with our wonderful Business stakeholders to contribute to strategic discussions and stay current on program developments.

What You Bring:
- At least 6 months of quality experience in financial services your expertise is non-negotiable!
- A keen eye for detail with the ability to multitask and meet crucial deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
- A self-starter attitude with a sense of urgency thrives under pressure and is always ready to bring your A-game.
