Job Summary

Join our dynamic Consumer Panel Services team at NIQ where we are dedicated to helping clients understand how their consumers shop their brands and who the best people are to target to grow their brands. We leverage award-winning platforms to deliver robust data directly to our clients helping them unlock growth and drive this role you will be responsible for delivering client insights from the data collected from our panel which will guide their strategic decision making.

The ideal candidate will be an analytical individual who likes looking through data for trends and insights utilising cutting-edge tools and analytics to translate complex data sets into clear actionable recommendations. By providing measurement and improvement strategies you will be the key link between NIQ and our clients ensuring that our service and delivery not only meets but exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Consumer Panel and Retail Measurement analytics team in delivering data-driven insights to clients in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) and retail sectors.
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of consumer panel data using NielsenIQs proprietary tools and platforms.
  • Participate in client projects including data validation report generation and insight development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of reports.

Qualifications:

  • Completed a degree in Business Economics Statistics Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • At least one year of experience is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) is a plus.
  • Intermediate excel skills highly beneficial
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Interest in market research consumer behavior and data analytics.
