Position Status: 1 Position - Temporary Full-time Contract (4 months)
Available: May 1 2026
Description of the Position:
As a member of the Precision Marketing team this role will be supporting the SickKids Foundation Lottery & Gaming programs which generate over $33M in gross revenue annually for SickKids.
This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in multi-channel marketing campaigns donor engagement and campaign operations within a purpose-driven high-performing team.
You will:
- Assist with the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns including email direct mail digital and social
- Operate the SickKids Lottery social media channels including: content ideation and execution responding to consumer inquiries staying on-top of latest trends and providing feedback to the team
- Contribute to ideation for upcoming campaigns and marketing opportunities
- Support in Lottery winners stewardship including: conducting winner phone calls developing winner materials and stewardship of winners post-win
- Support the Lottery team in invoice submission tracking and winner payment processing
- Facilitate the development of AGCO (Alcohol & Gaming Commission of Ontario) reports
- Develop process documentation for invoicing winner processing AGCO reporting etc.
- Attend team meetings and cross-functional working sessions to learn and collaborate
Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a post-secondary education in Marketing Communications Business or related field
- A strong interest in marketing donor engagement and working in the not-for-profit sector
- Exceptional attention to detail organization and time management skills
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced collaborative team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with Excel PowerPoint and digital tools
- Positive proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
- Lottery & Gaming experience not required

Total Compensation Package:
Hiring Salary Range: $17.99 - $20.05/hour
Hours: 35-hour (full-time) work week flexible work options available; Hybrid work model with a requirement to work in the office at least 2 days per week.
