About the Role
Were looking for an Product Engineering Lead to lead the technical direction of our systems
while managing and growing a 100 members engineering team. This role sits at the intersection
of architecture execution and people leadership. Youll define scalable technical solutions
guide engineers through complex decisions and ensure teams deliver reliable high-quality
software.
This is a hands-on leadership role: youll be involved in system design and key technical
decisions while also coaching engineers and owning delivery outcomes.
What Youll Do
Architecture & Technical Leadership
Define and evolve system architecture to support scalability reliability and performance
Lead design reviews and technical decision-making across teams for product
development
Translate business and product requirements into robust technical solutions
Identify and manage technical debt and architectural risks
Set engineering standards and best practices
People & Delivery Management
Lead mentor and manage a team of software leads/engineers
Support career growth through regular feedback coaching and performance management
Own team planning execution and delivery commitments
Hands-on Contribution (as needed)
Contribute to code reviews and critical implementations
Step in on complex or high-risk technical areas
Guide debugging and incident response when needed
What Were Looking For
15 years of professional software engineering experience
5 years in a technical leadership architect or engineering management role
Strong experience designing and evolving distributed systems
Proven ability to balance architectural thinking with delivery realities across domains
(Automobile Manufacturing etc.)
Nice to Have
Experience leading multi-team or platform-level architecture
Experience in Automobile domain programs
Background in cloud-native systems and infrastructure
Tech Stack (Example)
Backend: e.g. Java Kotlin Python Go
Frontend: e.g. React Angular Vue
Infrastructure: e.g. AWS GCP Azure Kubernetes
Data: e.g. SQL/NoSQL streaming data pipelines
Middleware: AS400
