Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing initiatives for our PCI Express Protocol test tools product line. This role is responsible for driving product positioning go-to-market strategies and supporting sales enablement to accelerate growth in the high-performance computing storage and networking markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies for PCI Express Protocol Test Tools including market segmentation messaging and competitive differentiation.
• Conduct market research and customer needs analysis to identify emerging trends new use cases and opportunities for product innovation.
• Craft compelling product positioning value propositions and messaging that resonate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with product management engineering and sales teams to define go-to-market plans launch new products and features and ensure successful market adoption.
• Create and deliver marketing collateral such as datasheets white papers presentations webinars and case studies.
• Train and enable the sales team with product knowledge competitive insights objection handling and sales tools.
• Engage with key customers industry analysts and ecosystem partners to drive awareness collect feedback and foster relationships.
• Monitor and analyze market trends competitor activities and sales performance to inform strategic decisions.
• Represent the company at industry events trade shows and conferences as a subject matter expert.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering Marketing or related field; Masters degree or MBA preferred.
• 5 years of experience in product marketing technical marketing or product management within the electronics semiconductor or test & measurement industry.
• Deep understanding of PCI Express protocol protocol analyzers and their applications in system validation and debug.
• Proven track record of successful product launches and market growth in technical B2B environments.
• Exceptional communication presentation and project management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear customer-focused messaging.
• Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced matrixed organizations.
• Willingness to travel (up to 25%) for customer visits events and tradeshows.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with other high-speed serial protocols (e.g. USB Ethernet SAS/SATA CXL).
• Experience with marketing automation CRM tools and digital marketing campaigns.
• Demonstrated passion for technology and customer success.
