Unit Overview
Cooper University Health Care is seeking aBoard-Certified or Board-Eligible Cardiologistto join our dynamic and growing Department of Cardiology. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality compassionate care in both inpatient and outpatient settings and contribute to the academic mission through teaching and collaboration.
We welcome Non-Invasive Cardiologists as well as those with fellowship training or interest in the following subspecialties:
- Advanced Cardiac Imaging
- Advanced Heart Failure
- Cardio-Obstetrics
- Cardio-Oncology
- Electrophysiology
- Interventional Cardiology
- Non-Invasive Cardiology
- Preventative Cardiology
- Sports Cardiology
- Structural Heart
Short Description
- Provide comprehensive Cardiac care to patients with a wide range of conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including cardiothoracic surgery cardio critical care and rehabilitation.
- Participate in teaching medical students residents and fellows.
- Contribute to the development of subspecialty programs and services.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research as appropriate.
Education Requirements
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
License/Certification Requirements
Board Certified/Eligible in Cardiology.
Eligible for medical licensure in the state of New Jersey.
