Job Description: The Project Manager (Non-IT) - Junior will serve as a Hardware Program Management Assistant responsible for supporting prototype board manufacturing procurement and distribution processes. This Project Manager (Non-IT) - Junior role focuses on ensuring execution schedules are met across APU CPU and GPU programs while maintaining alignment with internal teams.
The Project Manager (Non-IT) - Junior will coordinate cross-functional activities manage hardware supply and demand data and communicate program status risks and updates. This Project Manager (Non-IT) - Junior will also contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and execution quality. The Project Manager (Non-IT) - Junior is expected to thrive in a fast-paced detail-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities: Drive prototype hardware manufacturing procurement and distribution processes for program execution
Track deliverables and collaborate with sourcing and fulfillment teams to ensure milestones are met
Communicate plans status updates and risks to program teams and stakeholders
Maintain and manage hardware supply and demand data using internal tools
Coordinate with engineering and program management teams to manage technical and schedule changes
Develop a deep understanding of hardware requirements and act as a central point of coordination
Identify and drive process improvement initiatives to optimize execution
Required Skills & Experience: 2 years of experience in program coordination project management or hardware operations
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines
Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder management experience
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Experience working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
Preferred Skills: Experience in the computing or hardware industry (APU/CPU/GPU programs)
Hands-on experience with tools such as Confluence Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI
Exposure to supply chain procurement or hardware lifecycle processes
Academic Credentials: Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or related field (2 years degree preferred)

Equivalent 2 years of Project Management Assistant (PMA) experience
