Were hiring a Nurse Manager in Carlisle Pennsylvania who wants leadership responsibility structured weekday hours and the opportunity to build and guide a high-performing clinical team in a community-focused setting.
Youll step into a leadership role overseeing medical support staff while ensuring smooth clinic operations and high-quality patient care. Youll collaborate closely with clinical leadership to drive consistency compliance and performance in a well-supported outpatient environment.
Youll practice in Carlisle Pennsylvania a historic town known for its restored architecture tree-lined streets and landmarks such as the U.S. Army Heritage & Education Center.

Standard hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with one late day on Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM

You hold a clear and active Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania
You have at least five years of healthcare experience
You have a minimum of three years of management or supervisory experience
You have Family Medicine or Primary Care experience

Youre comfortable leading teams and driving accountability
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary ranging from $84000 to $95000
Health insurance with employee contribution of $48.86 bi-weekly
