Job Summary
Tyler Insurance Group is a rapidly growing Medicare FMO based in Lexington KY. We support brokers across the state of Kentucky and serve clients all across the country. Were looking for someone to own the client experience and keep our office running while were out building relationships. Youll have real autonomy real responsibility and a clear path to grow with us. This role starts part-time and has a direct line to full-time for the right person.Job Description
What This Actually Looks Like
There will be days where youre the only one in the office. Brokers will stop in. Clients will call. Things will need to get done. We need someone who sees that as an opportunity not a problem.
Day to day youll be managing calendars and scheduling across 2 to 3 agents fielding client questions and building your own relationships with the people we serve greeting and welcoming brokers agents and clients who come through the door coordinating outreach with community partners and carrier reps planning events and improving how we do things. If you see something broken say something. Better yet fix it.
This isnt a role where youll be taking direction all day. Over time clients should know your name and trust your voice just as much as ours. Thats the goal.
Who Does Well Here
The people who thrive in a place like ours are self-starters. You dont wait for a to-do list. Youre the kind of person who walks into a room and figures out what needs to happen. Youre organized but not rigid. Youre warm with people but sharp with details.
You should be comfortable talking to anyone. A 65-year-old client with questions about their Medicare plan and a 30-year-old broker stopping by to grab supplies should both walk away feeling like they were taken care of.
We move fast. Things change. If you need every task outlined before you start working this probably isnt the right fit. But if you like building things from the ground up and want a role where your ideas actually matter keep reading.
