Through innovative education therapy recreation and family support services we serve individuals across Northeast Ohio with a commitment to excellence dignity and inclusion.
Our Autism School delivers specialized evidence based educational programming designed to meet the unique needs of students with autism. We combine clinical expertise structured intervention methodologies and strong family partnerships to create meaningful outcomes for every student we serve.
As part of our continued growth and strategic evolution we are strengthening our operational leadership structure to ensure high quality fiscally responsible and sustainable programming.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate and oversee daily operational delivery of Autism School programs and services
- Directly supervise clinical team members including BCBAs and RBTs and provide coaching performance feedback and accountability
- Partner with school principals to support oversight of instructional staff and ensure operational alignment across teams
- Lead or support recruitment hiring onboarding and orientation for Autism School positions
- Develop and implement staff training and professional development including CPR and First Aid and systems training related to staff or student information management
- Strengthen and maintain systems policies and procedures aligned with accreditation guidelines and best practices
- Support quality assurance and outcomes tracking and address operational gaps through clear corrective plans
- Assist in budget monitoring and oversee department supplies purchasing and resource stewardship
- Promote a safe and healthy environment including facility readiness equipment maintenance and infection control practices
- Serve as a member of the School Management Team contributing to planning problem solving and school wide priorities
What You Will Bring
Education and experience
- Bachelors degree in Education or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in an educational setting with autism expertise and evidence based intervention methodologies
- At least 3 years of proven supervisory and leadership experience in an educational setting
Skills and capabilities
- Strong team building and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills with staff families and community partners
- Analytical ability to create improve and sustain systems and processes
- Ability to set direction and contribute to future planning in partnership with school leadership
- Proven ability to work independently with sound judgment initiative and professionalism
Preferred
- Prior experience as a Program Director or similar role
- Coursework or degree in management administration or planning
- Licensure or credentials commonly held in public school systems
- Budget experience
