- Provide high-level administrative support to the owner of FDR Financial Group
- Manage calendars schedule meetings and organize appointments
- Handle and prioritize incoming communication such as emails and phone calls
- Prepare reports presentations and documentation
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Perform general office tasks and maintain office supplies
- Assist in personal tasks and errands as needed
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Experience working remotely or in a virtual setting
