Job Description: Virtual Personal Assistant
The Virtual Personal Assistant at FDR Financial Group will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team remotely. This role requires exceptional organizational skills excellent communication abilities and a high level of confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be proactive detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives schedules appointments and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming calls emails and other communications on behalf of the team
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files and records
- Coordinate meetings and events including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Assist with research data analysis and reporting as needed
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Background in finance or related industry preferred
- Experience with CRM systems and project management tools
