About the role

Are you a learning and development professional who is passionate about helping people grow strengthening capability and lifting the quality of practice across an organisation that genuinely changes lives This role puts you right at the heart of that mission.

As part of our Capability & Culture team you will design and deliver learning experiences that support evidence-based person-centred service delivery. Your work will helpour teams tobuild confidence and improve outcomes for the people and communities we serve. Within our Professional Governance Frameworkyoullensure each learning solution enhances practice and collaboration empowering teams to excel every day.

Duties

  • Deliver engaging onboarding and ongoing capabilitybuilding initiatives through inperson and virtual training workshops coaching and continuous support for team members across the organisation. This includes local and interstate travel.
  • Codesign and develop capability solutions using research stakeholder insights and industry best practice to strengthen practice and performance.
  • Create highquality learning resources and media including videos audio simulations role plays and interactive tools to enhance learning and support effective training delivery.
  • Partner with leaders frontline teams and stakeholders to identify prioritise and evaluate current and emerging learning and development needs across The Benevolent Society.
  • Develop and maintain communication strategies that clearly outline training requirements access pathways and learning opportunities for all teams.
  • Consult with the business to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement of capability resources while managing course enrolments tracking completions coaching Learning Facilitators and promoting an inclusive humanrightsfocused culture.

We want you to be successful in your new role! This means youll have:

Skills and Experience

  • Relevant qualifications including Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent) and/or a Human Servicesrelated qualification desired with demonstrated experience delivering training to diverse audiences including senior staff.
  • Strong background in service delivery (minimum 3 years) within child youth & family or aged care services bringing realworld practice insight into learning design and facilitation.
  • Skilled in blended learning design and adult learning principles with the ability to create review refresh and modernise training materials to ensure they are engaging practical and aligned with best practice.
  • Experience consulting across an organisation working with leaders frontline teams and stakeholders to understand learning needs gather feedback and continuously improve capability solutions.
  • Proficient in instructional design including developing highquality learning resources and adapting existing content to bring it to life through interactive multimedia and experiential learning approaches.
  • Agile positive and adaptable with the ability to travel as required and thrive in a dynamic environment while delivering highquality learning outcomes.
