The Opportunity
We are seeking a Business Development Sales Manager to help expand our Lifesciences product development service lines across North America. This is a senior highimpact commercial role focused on driving new revenue leading complex consultative sales engagements and building longterm strategic partnerships with innovative Lifesciences organizations.
Youll join a collaborative fastmoving environment where your expertise directly shapes client outcomes and influences our gotomarket strategy.
What Youll Do
New Business Development & Deal Leadership
Lead consultative solutionbased sales across our life sciences service offerings.
Identify and qualify new opportunities aligned with our ICPs territory plan and growth goals.
Guide earlystage discovery needs assessment and proposal development.
Serve as the primary commercial lead throughout the full sales cyclefrom first conversation to contract close.
Represent Ensera Design as a knowledgeable credible industry expert at client meetings workshops and conferences.
Strategic Account & Relationship Management
Build trusted seniorlevel relationships with client decisionmakers.
Develop and execute account strategies to drive longterm multiservice growth.
Collaborate with internal delivery and serviceline leaders to ensure alignment and exceptional client experience.
Sales Strategy Market Intelligence & Leadership
Partner closely with marketing delivery and global commercial teams to refine and execute growth strategies.
Provide market insights and competitive feedback to shape future offerings.
Pipeline Management Forecasting & Reporting
Maintain disciplined pipeline management and Salesforce hygiene.
Report performance risks and opportunities to the NA Head of Commercialization and Growth.

Achievement of annual newbusiness revenue targets.

What You Bring
Bachelors degree in Sales Marketing Finance Business or related field.
710 years of progressive business development or technical sales experience within Lifesciences.
Proven experience selling complex multidisciplinary consulting or product development services.
Demonstrated success engaging senior and executivelevel stakeholders (R&D Engineering Design Human Factors Software etc.).
Strong consultative selling capability commercial judgment and executive presence.
Highly collaborative selfdirected and comfortable in fastpaced environments.
