Program/Project Manager Desktop Refresh
We are seeking aProgram/project managerwith deep experience leadinglarge-scale enterprise desktop refresh and end-user computing (EUC) transformation programsacross complex global environments.
This role will takestrategic ownership of multi-year device lifecycle programs driving modernization of the enterprise desktop estate across multiple regions. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams across Infrastructure Security End-User Computing Procurement and Business stakeholders while partnering closely withsenior leadership and executive stakeholdersto ensure successful program delivery.
The position requires a leader who cantranslate enterprise technology strategy into scalable deployment programs manage significant budgets and drive adoption across business units in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership
- Lead and governlarge-scale enterprise desktop refresh programsspanning multiple regions and business units.
- Define and drive thestrategic roadmap for device lifecycle management including refresh cadence standardisation and modernization initiatives.
- Translate enterprise technology strategy intoscalable deployment programs and operational frameworks.
Executive Stakeholder Management
- Serve as theprimary interface to senior leadership and C-suite stakeholdersfor program updates risk management and strategic alignment.
- Prepare and deliverexecutive presentations board-level updates and program dashboards.
- Align business leadership technology teams and vendors to ensure enterprise-wide adoption.
Financial & Portfolio Management
- Ownmulti-million dollar program budgets including CapEx/OpEx forecasting financial governance and cost optimization strategies.
- Managehardware lifecycle budgeting asset capitalization vendor contracts and financial reporting.
- Develop long-termfinancial and technology roadmapsfor endpoint lifecycle management.
Delivery & Governance
- Oversee end-to-end refresh lifecycle includingprocurement build/imaging strategy application compatibility deployment waves migration and decommissioning.
- Establishprogram governance structures including risk management compliance oversight and delivery frameworks.
- Driveregional rollout strategiesacross APAC offices ensuring minimal business disruption.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead large cross-functional teams includingEUC engineering infrastructure security service management procurement and external vendors.
- Manage vendor relationships includinghardware providers deployment partners and managed service vendors.
- Coordinate geographically distributed teams andlarge-scale deployment operations.
Operational Excellence
- Implement best practices indevice lifecycle management endpoint security and asset governance.
- Ensure compliance withenterprise security standards regulatory requirements and endpoint management frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement acrossdeployment efficiency automation and user experience.
Required Experience
- 812 years of IT Project / Program Management experience preferably within enterprise infrastructure or End-User Computing (EUC) environments.
- Proven track record deliveringlarge-scale desktop or laptop refresh programs (5000 endpoints preferred).
- Experience leadingregional or global enterprise deployment programsacross complex organizations.
- Strong experience managinglarge program budgets financial governance and vendor contracts.
- Demonstrated ability toengage and influence senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
- Deep understanding ofdevice lifecycle management endpoint security and enterprise desktop architecture.
- Familiarity with enterprise project and portfolio management tools such asClarity ServiceNow or Microsoft Project.
- Experience withininvestment banking or financial services technology environmentsstrongly preferred.
- Strong leadership capabilities managingdistributed teams across multiple geographies.
