We are looking for a highly capable HR Business Partner Manager to partner closely with business leaders to shape organizational capability talent quality and leadership effectiveness for the Singapore business.
This role goes beyond traditional HRBP work. The successful candidate will act as a strategic advisor and talent architect anticipating organizational needs elevating hiring standards and ensuring the right people are positioned to deliver long-term business success.
You will operate in a dynamic high-growth environment working across leaders and teams to ensure the organization continuously strengthens its talent bench leadership pipeline and performance culture.
Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Business Partnering
Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on organization design talent strategy and workforce planning.
Develop deep understanding of team dynamics leadership capability and talent quality across the organization.
Diagnose organizational pain points quickly and accurately helping leaders address underlying structural or talent issues.
Anticipate future organizational needs and proactively shape talent strategies to support upcoming business priorities.
Talent Quality & Organizational Effectiveness
Identify individuals who strongly map to the future organization and work with leaders to accelerate their development and career pathways.
Where talent gaps exist partner with leaders to reposition coach or re-align individuals to maximize effectiveness.
Support difficult but necessary people decisions with professionalism discretion and strong employee relations judgement.
Safeguard team morale and organizational stability during periods of change.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Deliver clear thoughtful and well-structured communication to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Facilitate candid and constructive conversations with leaders and employees.
Balance probing questions and direct feedback with psychological safety and professionalism.
Talent Development & Performance Management
Partner with leaders on probation assessments performance conversations and development planning.
Support performance reviews and calibration discussions to ensure fairness and clarity.
Contribute to succession planning and leadership pipeline development within the organization.
Qualifications :
Experience
5 years of HR Business Partnering experience in fast-growing dynamic organizations (tech startup scale-up or similar environments preferred).
Proven experience partnering with business leaders on organizational and talent decisions.
Experience working in environments where speed ambiguity and change are constant.
