Job Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Bulgaria included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Bulgarian employer.


Location: Sofia Bulgaria (Hybrid model remote on a case-by-case basis)

Starting Date: 2 March 2026

Base Salary: 1840.65 EUR gross/month

Performance Bonus: up to 1022.58 EUR gross/month


About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Advertising Specialist to join the team in a fast-paced IT sales environment. This position is ideal for professionals experienced in digital advertising and B2B sales who are confident in building relationships identifying business opportunities and managing leads throughout the sales funnel.

You will work closely with business clients across multiple communication channels applying a consultative sales approach to qualify leads and support long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound B2B sales activities via phone email video calls and social media.
  • Identify and engage alternative decision-makers using tools such as Sales Navigator and other lead generation platforms.
  • Maintain and actively manage a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Accurately document all customer and prospect interactions in the CRM system (e.g. Salesforce or similar).
  • Qualify leads and smoothly transition them to the onboarding team.
  • Track and report on daily monthly and quarterly performance metrics.
  • Follow defined response-time SLAs and sales cadence requirements.


What Were Looking For:

  • Minimum 1.52 years of experience in sales preferably in the tech or digital advertising sector.
  • Fluency in French (min C2 level) and strong English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
  • Strong understanding of business development lead generation and qualification methodologies.
  • Proven ability to identify high-potential opportunities and grow client investment over time.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic evolving IT sales environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising solutions.
