Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Proposal/Quote Specialist to join our global quoting this client-facing role you will support the preparation and pricing of customer proposals and quotes across the business ensuring accuracy compliance and alignment with customer requirements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver timely high-quality proposals that enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and generate proposals and quotes based on defined customer requirements ensuring accuracy and consistency with company standards and pricing models.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales Project Management Finance SMEs) to gather information required for accurate pricing and proposal development.
Support the use of CPQ (Configure Price Quote) tools for simple and transactional quotes ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Manage proposal documentation ensuring all required materials are complete compliant and stored properly in the CRM or document management system.
Maintain proposal templates and standard language to ensure consistency and alignment with brand and regulatory requirements.
Track and update quote status in internal systems ensuring visibility for internal teams.
Support continuous improvement initiatives helping to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in the quote preparation process.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in a field such as science life sciences engineering business or another related area
Knowledge of the clinical development process as illustrated by previous work history in clinical research or other drug development experience is preferred.
Experience in proposal development quoting project coordination or analytical/administrative roles (typically 3 years).
Strong command of English both written and verbal.
As this regards a hybrid role access to a suitable workspace and reliable internet connection for remote work is required.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools especially advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Experience using CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)
Familiarity with quoting or pricing tools (e.g. CPQ)
Understanding of scientific technical or regulated environments is considered an asset.
