Job Summary
New Albany Country Club is seeking Seasonal Culinarians to join our culinary team for the upcoming summer season. This role is ideal for dependable team-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and are committed to delivering high-quality dining experiences to our members and guests.
What Youll Do
- Assist with food preparation cooking and plating following club standards
- Consistently execute recipes while ensuring quality and presentation
- Support service across various outlets including dining rooms poolside events and banquets
- Keep a clean organized and sanitary workstation
- Adhere to all food safety sanitation and health regulations
- Collaborate with chefs and culinary team members for smooth daily operations
Schedule Expectations
Must be available for shifts during evenings weekends and holidays
- Shifts may vary based on business requirements events and seasonal demands
What Were Looking For
- Previous kitchen or culinary experience preferred but entry-levelcandidates are welcome
- Strong work ethic a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Dependability and punctuality are crucial
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
